Basile Description
The importance and attention for this wine starts from the harvest, with a manual harvest and a timely processing of the grapes, which is then transformed on the glass giving a beautiful vivacity of color, which is dressed in ruby red with light garnet shades. It has clear and precise aromas, which rise vertically conveyed by alcohol, with recognitions of fruit in jam and rose petals. Then there are spicy notes of vanilla and nuances of licorice, to conclude with a mineral and balsamic trail. Deep and velvety to the taste, with a perfectly integrated tannin and an important acid shoulder that leaves an interminable and juicy finish. An extremely pleasant wine that sees its perfect gustatory balance close to it. Pairing: Game or accompanied with a 36-month aged Parmigiano Reggiano.
